WHAT'S IN A NAME
The Story Behind the Name - EYEAM Club
EYEAM CLUB was born from the powerful idea that true creativity begins with observation—the art of seeing what others might miss. The name itself carries a beautiful duality: "EYE" represents our fundamental belief that keen observation is the common thread running through all creative disciplines, while "AM" celebrates the individual identity that emerges from this unique way of seeing. Together, "EYEAM" becomes a declaration: "Because of how I see, I am uniquely me."
The vertical oval eye symbol represents the mythical third eye—a gateway to higher consciousness and creativity. By inviting young minds to "Open your third eye to creative thinking," we position creativity not as just another academic subject, but as an awakening.
By choosing 'CLUB' over traditional educational terminology,
we've reimagined learning as an exciting, fun, collaborative journey for our middle school to undergraduate members. Through our challenge-first approach and targeted micro-lessons spanning multiple creative fields, EYEAM CLUB invites young creatives to "Open your third eye to creative thinking" in an environment where learning feels less like education and more like discovery.
